Jeho hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem je podporovat organizace v p\u0159echodu od fragmentovan\u00fdch a reaktivn\u00edch postup\u016f v oblasti lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f k strategi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edm, strukturovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a na budoucnost p\u0159ipraven\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstup\u016fm k \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f.<\/p><p>Projekt se zam\u011b\u0159uje na identifikaci praktick\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jsou p\u0159izp\u016fsobiv\u00e1 region\u00e1ln\u00edm kontext\u016fm, \u0161k\u00e1lovateln\u00e1 nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d odv\u011btv\u00edmi a p\u0159\u00edmo pou\u017eiteln\u00e1 v ka\u017edodenn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci v oblasti lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 zde p\u0159edstaven\u00e1 osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e1 praxe reaguje na jasn\u011b definovanou mezeru v oblasti lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f a nab\u00edz\u00ed poznatky, n\u00e1stroje a p\u0159\u00edklady, kter\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00ed organizac\u00edm pos\u00edlit odolnost, v\u00fdkonnost a udr\u017een\u00ed talent\u016f.<\/p><p>N\u00ed\u017ee si m\u016f\u017eete prohl\u00e9dnout p\u011bt kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed projektu zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch na lidsk\u00e9 zdroje.
