Projekt \u201cNejlep\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v oblasti lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f v zem\u00edch V4\u201d prob\u00edh\u00e1 od \u0159\u00edjna 2025 do \u010dervna 2026. Je podporov\u00e1n Visegr\u00e1dsk\u00fdm fondem a koordinov\u00e1n spole\u010dnost\u00ed Knowhouse Consulting. Na workshopu 17. b\u0159ezna 2026 se zkoumaly kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 trendy, opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00fdzvy v oblasti lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f a region\u00e1ln\u00ed reakce. Online workshopu se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 44 odborn\u00edk\u016f na lidsk\u00e9 zdroje a vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f. P\u0159ijeli z \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, Polska, Ma\u010farska a Slovenska. R\u016fst HDP se ve v\u0161ech zem\u00edch v\u00fdrazn\u011b zpomalil (0,5-2%). Nezam\u011bstnanost z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice (2-3%) a nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed na Slovensku (5-6%). M\u00edra nezam\u011bstnanosti v Ma\u010farsku - s v\u00fdjimkou posledn\u00edch let - obvykle p\u0159evy\u0161uje m\u00edru nezam\u011bstnanosti v Polsku. z hlediska minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy a hodinov\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f pr\u00e1ce je po\u0159ad\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed: \u010cesk\u00e1 republika, Slovensko, Polsko a Ma\u010farsko. Ptaj\u00ed se tak\u00e9 na jej\u00ed strategick\u00e9 postaven\u00ed v r\u00e1mci organizace. Projekt jasn\u011b uk\u00e1zal, \u017ee existence specializovan\u00e9ho vedouc\u00edho HR nebo odpov\u011bdn\u00e9 osoby siln\u011b ovliv\u0148uje, zda organizace v\u016fbec vypracuje HR strategii. V\u00fdznam HR z\u00e1vis\u00ed na jeho strategick\u00e9 roli v r\u00e1mci spole\u010dnosti. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad na tom, zda je vedouc\u00ed HR sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed vrcholov\u00e9ho veden\u00ed. To zahrnuje emo\u010dn\u00ed a kulturn\u00ed inteligenci.
