Hlavn\u00ed poselstv\u00ed akce bylo jasn\u00e9: zat\u00edmco HR je obklopeno nespo\u010dtem m\u00f3dn\u00edch m\u00f3dn\u00edch slov a p\u0159edpoklad\u016f, firmy dnes pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed v\u00fdzkumem podlo\u017een\u00e1 praktick\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mohou okam\u017eit\u011b aplikovat.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"513\" data-end=\"1195\"><strong>Z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e1 konference <a href=\"https:\/\/besthrpractices.org\/cs\/\"><em data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"578\">Nejlep\u0161\u00ed person\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v zem\u00edch V4<\/em><\/a> Projekt byl v\u00fdznamn\u00fd nejen proto, \u017ee znamenal konec dal\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00e9 iniciativy, ale proto\u017ee otev\u0159el dve\u0159e k z\u00e1sadn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00e9mu, na d\u016fkazech zalo\u017een\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edstupu k personalistice. Z\u00e1v\u011bry projektu uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee HR se st\u00e1v\u00e1 skute\u010dn\u011b d\u016fv\u011bryhodn\u00fdm ne tehdy, kdy\u017e zn\u00ed p\u016fsobiv\u011b, ale kdy\u017e pom\u00e1h\u00e1 organizac\u00edm \u010dinit lep\u0161\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00ed obchodn\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed. C\u00edlem projektu bylo pr\u00e1v\u011b tuto mezeru p\u0159eklenout t\u00edm, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu z v\u00edce ne\u017e 2 000 organizac\u00ed transformoval do podoby praktick\u00fdch sad n\u00e1stroj\u016f, \u0161ablon, popis\u016f proces\u016f a bal\u00ed\u010dk\u016f KPI.<\/p><p data-start=\"1709\" data-end=\"2091\">Pr\u00e1v\u011b to dodalo konferenci na v\u00fdznamu: diskuse se net\u00fdkala pl\u00e1n\u016f do budoucna, ale konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed podniky k dispozici ji\u017e dnes. V cel\u00e9m regionu V4 zna\u010dn\u00fd po\u010det organizac\u00ed st\u00e1le funguje bez form\u00e1ln\u00ed strategie lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, popisy pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst jsou \u010dasto zastaral\u00e9 a hodnocen\u00ed v\u00fdkonu je st\u00e1le v\u00edce v\u00e1z\u00e1no na odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed ne\u017e na rozvoj zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. St\u00e1le v\u00edce organizac\u00ed pova\u017euje tento p\u0159\u00edstup za kontraproduktivn\u00ed a ustupuje od n\u011bj.
