Jeho hlavn\u00fdm cie\u013eom je podpori\u0165 organiz\u00e1cie v prechode od fragmentovan\u00fdch a reakt\u00edvnych postupov v oblasti \u013eudsk\u00fdch zdrojov k strategickej\u0161\u00edm, \u0161trukt\u00farovanej\u0161\u00edm a na bud\u00facnos\u0165 pripraven\u00fdm pr\u00edstupom k riadeniu \u013eudsk\u00fdch zdrojov.<\/p><p>Projekt sa zameriava na identifik\u00e1ciu praktick\u00fdch rie\u0161en\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa prisp\u00f4sobite\u013en\u00e9 region\u00e1lnym kontextom, \u0161k\u00e1lovate\u013en\u00e9 naprie\u010d sektormi a priamo pou\u017eite\u013en\u00e9 v ka\u017edodennej pr\u00e1ci v oblasti \u013eudsk\u00fdch zdrojov. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z tu prezentovan\u00fdch osved\u010den\u00fdch postupov reaguje na jasne definovan\u00fa medzeru v oblasti \u013eudsk\u00fdch zdrojov a pon\u00faka postrehy, n\u00e1stroje a pr\u00edklady, ktor\u00e9 pom\u00e1haj\u00fa organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1m posilni\u0165 odolnos\u0165, v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 a udr\u017eanie talentov.<\/p><p>Ni\u017e\u0161ie m\u00f4\u017eete presk\u00fama\u0165 p\u00e4\u0165 k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed projektu zameran\u00fdch na \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdroje.
