Zistenia projektu uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee HR sa st\u00e1va skuto\u010dne d\u00f4veryhodn\u00fdm nie vtedy, ke\u010f znie p\u00f4sobivo, ale ke\u010f pom\u00e1ha organiz\u00e1ci\u00e1m prij\u00edma\u0165 lep\u0161ie ka\u017edodenn\u00e9 obchodn\u00e9 rozhodnutia. Cie\u013eom projektu bolo odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 pr\u00e1ve t\u00fato medzeru transform\u00e1ciou v\u00fdsledkov v\u00fdskumu z viac ako 2 000 organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed do podoby praktick\u00fdch s\u00faborov n\u00e1strojov, \u0161abl\u00f3n, opisov procesov a bal\u00edkov KPI.<\/p><p data-start=\"1709\" data-end=\"2091\">Pr\u00e1ve to dodalo konferencii na v\u00fdzname: diskusia nebola o pl\u00e1noch do bud\u00facnosti, ale o konkr\u00e9tnych materi\u00e1loch, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa podniky k dispoz\u00edcii u\u017e dnes.
