Best HR Solutions in V4 Countries

The project links academia and business to develop HR tools, share best practices, and strengthen the V4 region’s competitiveness.

Past, Present, and Future Challenges of Human Resource Management in the V4 Countries

Project Background and Objectives

How can strategic HR become not just a slogan but a reality proven by numbers?

In the V4 region, five persistent HR gaps have emerged: insufficient integration of strategic HR, outdated job descriptions, fragmented performance systems, low digitalization, and weak talent management. These gaps slow decision-making, raise risk, and accelerate attrition—especially in an AI-driven environment facing the green transition and demographic pressure.

The project aims to deliver V4-tailored, evidence-based, and immediately implementable solutions to these issues: a five-language HR Solutions Toolkit (models + implementation guides + regional best practices), national “HR Sprint” workshops, a joint transnational synthesis, a closing online conference, and a V4 HR Professional Network for sustained knowledge sharing.

For HR professionals, this offers a fast, low-risk implementation path: clear processes, roles, and KPIs; benchmarkable examples from the region; and a community that provides feedback and support throughout the full implementation cycle. The result: measurable performance improvements, stronger retention, and a more competitive HR ecosystem across the V4.

Goal

Compare the human resource management activities conducted by companies in the V4 countries.

Project Result: Actionable Practices

The following outcomes deliver the project’s tangible value: V4-tailored, five-language tools and targeted events that take you from decision to implementation. We designed them so you can achieve visible HR impact within 30–60 days—with lower risk, clearer roles, and measurable KPIs.

Best HRM solutions database

2025.10.01–2026.02.28

Five key problems – one solution hub. A V4-tailored, five-language database with models, implementation guides, and examples that take you from decision to implementation.

V4 HR domestic workshops

2025.12.01–2026.02.28 (4 countries, 4 workshop)

Four countries, four workshops, one goal: to help your organization move forward with concrete steps. On site, we provide a quick diagnosis, followed by a tangible implementation plan with sample processes.

V4 transnational workshop

2026.03.17. (online) HU

This is the point where the practice of national workshops comes together: through joint evaluation we refine the models and guidelines so that the released version is truly V4-compatible – not theory, but a practical regional standard.

Closing Online Conference

2026.05.14, online

Not an inspirational show, but an implementation guide: with concrete examples we show how others have taken the steps – by industry and company size – and what made the impact measurable. A dedicated mini-forum addresses policy-related aspects. At the end of the day, you receive a downloadable summary and referenceable materials.

Establishment of a V4 HR Professional Network

2025.10.01–2026.06.30, and then reserved thereafter

We are building a structured, CRM-based community where you gain first-hand access to monthly content, benchmark calls, and pilot opportunities – with a regional mix of HR leaders, trainers, consultants, and decision-makers. The goal: fast knowledge exchange and support throughout the entire implementation cycle. Ez nem hírlevéllista, hanem működő peer-learning tér: kérdezhetsz, megoszthatod a saját esetedet, és látod, mit működtetnek a szomszédos piacokon. A folyamatos visszacsatolás a projekt eszközeit is frissen tartja.

Multilingual Project Website creation and operation

2025.10.01–2026.06.30.

V4 HR Solution Portal, where a “shortened path” from decision to implementation is presented: templates, process maps, KPI packages, and case studies are available in English, Hungarian, Polish, Slovak, and Czech. The contents are validated and updated by the partners, ensuring that you always find an implementation-ready version tailored to the regional reality.

Target groups

Business leaders

V4-tailored models and KPI frameworks support fast, data-driven decision-making with predictable resource requirements and risks. Within 30–60 days, measurable business impact can be achieved (retention, performance, cost).

HR professionals

Ready-made process maps, RACI schemes, and templates shorten implementation time and reduce the risk of trial and error. V4 best practices provide practical models for fast adaptation.

Regional institutions

Regional syntheses and policy briefs show what can be scaled uniformly and where local adjustments are needed. This enables transparent, evidence-based program planning and impact measurement.

university professors

Five-language, peer-reviewed teaching materials (models, cases, KPIs) can be directly integrated into courses and trainings. They strengthen academia–business knowledge transfer and enhance students’ labor market relevance.

university students

Real V4 examples and sample documents support solving initial HR/People Ops tasks. They receive ready-to-use tools for portfolios, interviews, and internship projects.
