  • 1. We have job descriptions for (almost) all roles.
  • 2. Our job descriptions are up to date (reviewed within the last 6–12 months).
  • 3. Job descriptions include the typical core elements (objectives, key responsibilities, performance indicators, requirements, incl. competencies).
  • 4. We have standardised templates (so roles are comparable across units).
